When we recently decided to replace the windows in our property we were full of trepidation, having heard horrendous tales of pushy threatening sales people, long extended presentations and undue coercion to sign contracts, “to secure the prices now after consulting with my director.”
We consulted several companies, nationally known, well known local companies and yours, Which we had never heard of until we saw and advert in the target.
We had several quotes and decided to go with you for various reasons.
Price was one but the way in which the sales pitch was carried out was exemplary, I here was no undue pressure applied, the salesman, john, detailed the options, listened to our replies and made recommendations with the utmost calm and authority showing that he knew his product and the value of it.
The installation was also carried out to the highest standard. The fitted, Barry, was meticulous in all that he did. Work was carried out when it should have been with the minimum of disruption and no mess. All jobs were completed thoroughly with great skill and the short comings of the original builders of my property were talked with intelligence and great application.
The whole process was a joy, it has restored my faith in British workmanship and has shown that and up and coming local company with the right attitude can show the rest the way to do it.
